Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your farm box! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before delivery—we can’t refund once the farmers have supplied the box. Partial changes or cancellations aren’t possible, so please double-check your order details.

If your refund is approved, you’ll see it back in your account within 10 business days.

Our farm-fresh products may naturally vary in size, color, or appearance. Any issues after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
