Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale (curly kale works best)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional seasonings: garlic powder, chili flakes, smoked paprika or nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor)

Preheat oven to 300 F
Step 2
Prepare kale: wash and completely dry the leaves (any water will cause sogginess). Remove tough stems and tear leaves into chip-sized pieces.
Step 3
Season: Place kale in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and massage gently untilevenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and any extra seasonings.
