  • 1 cup shredded kale or spinach
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup sprouts
  • ½ cup radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red, yellow, or orange bell pepper
  • Fresh herbs (mint, parsley, or cilantro)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (can substitute turkey or beef)
  • 2–3 tbsp garlic sauce

  1. Prepare the wraps:
    Lay out the tortillas.
  2. Layer the ingredients:
    Start with kale/spinach, then add cucumber, bell pepper, radish, carrot, sprouts, avocado, and herbs.
  3. Add the protein:
    Top with sliced or shredded cooked meat.
  4. Finish:
    Drizzle garlic sauce evenly over the filling.
  5. Roll & serve:
    Roll tightly and slice if desired. Serve immediately.

Tip: Serve extra garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
