- 1 cup shredded kale or spinach
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
- ½ cup sprouts
- ½ cup radish, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red, yellow, or orange bell pepper
- Fresh herbs (mint, parsley, or cilantro)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (can substitute turkey or beef)
- 2–3 tbsp garlic sauce

- Prepare the wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. - Layer the ingredients:
Start with kale/spinach, then add cucumber, bell pepper, radish, carrot, sprouts, avocado, and herbs. - Add the protein:
Top with sliced or shredded cooked meat. - Finish:
Drizzle garlic sauce evenly over the filling. - Roll & serve:
Roll tightly and slice if desired. Serve immediately.
Tip: Serve extra garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
