Ingredients

  • 2 medium fresh beets (washed and peeled)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • Water as needed (if using a blender)

Instructions

Step 1

Chop beets, carrots, apple and ginger into pieces (small enough for your blender).

Step2

Run all ingredients through the juicer.

Step 3

Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately over ice if desired.
