Welcome to Oak Patch Vegetables!
By placing an order with us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Our farm boxes are packed with fresh, seasonal produce, and we want every pickup to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Please read carefully to understand ordering, pickup, and refund policies.

1. Payment & Ordering
To reserve your farm box, payment must be received by Monday of the pickup week (before midnight). We accept all major payment methods in the USA.

2. Pickup & Freshness
Farm boxes are best enjoyed fresh! Please pick up on the scheduled day or by the following day at the latest. Boxes not picked up on time will not be held.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
You may request a refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup, provided the box has not yet been supplied by our farmers. Partial cancellations or modifications are not allowed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Taxes
No sales tax is applied to our products, as these are self-grown farm goods.

5. Product Variability & Liability
Our farm-fresh products may naturally vary in size, color, or appearance. Any damages or issues occurring after delivery/pickup are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that all order details (pick-up interval, pickup date, pick-up station and contact information) are entered correctly. Oak Patch Vegetables is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by inaccurate customer input.
